How to request a return
- Email us at velizarnakpv@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll reply within 1-2 business days with return instructions.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
Condition of returned items
Please return items in their original packaging where possible and in the condition you received them. Items damaged through misuse aren't eligible for a refund.
Damaged or incorrect items
If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us right away at velizarnakpv@gmail.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
